I am interested in combining fieldwork, experimental approaches, and molecular analyses to understand how biotic interactions shape adaptation in natural populations.
During my PhD, I will study plant-insect coadaptation using the interaction between wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum) and its pollinating-herbivore the small white (Pieris rapae). By integrating field observations with greenhouse experiments and laboratory-based analyses, I aim to investigate fitness impacts and patterns of trait matching between plants and insects.
