Research Interests

My general research interest is in medicinal plants, their botanical and phytochemical properties, and their medicinal uses, including preparation and dosage in various therapeutic approaches. The influence of plant growth in its natural habitat, harvesting of the specific plant parts at the right time (taking into account the stage of maturity and external conditions) and processing on the resulting herbal medicine as well as its subsequent use, principles and mechanisms of action are among my main interests.
